if you send an email about getting a 'suit, and you've clearly not read the information on my website... [not included a quote form, say your underage, ect] I'll simply delete the email.
its not being rude, its just cutting out whos likely not too serious about getting a costume, from people who actualy DO read up and DO plan on getting a costume and likely are ready with a deposit right away.
moral of this story? READ THE WEBSITE BEFORE EMAILING ME.
sorry, this is just a BIIIIIG pet peeve when people don't do alittle research or read up on what to do and what not to do before emailing me..
I stay friendly and such, but this is still 'professional' contact, so I don't expect text talk, or people getting all 'murry' over costumes in email to me :I I'll likely delete your email right away

simply most people are Dumb Lazy fucks
