I'm Canadian, does that count as outside US despite our close borders. In that case, what would be paypal fee be included with the $35 base fee. Sorry, that calculator is a bit confusing.

OK. First you select your country.
Now at "Payment send in" select Canadian Dollar CAD
Then at "Payment Received in" select US Dollar
Calculator will ask you about exchange rate. in this case, CAD to USD (1 CAD=0.946175 USD using paypal currency converter)
at "Type of payment" select Personal Payment(Cross Border)

Now, at "To received this amount after fee" Type in any amount you want to send. In your case, is $35
The calculator will automatically calculate the amount you need to send for you in "A person will have to send you" which in this case, is $36.99

I know it's very confusing. I have trouble using this calculator my self lol.
