Star Wars on Blu-ray

FUCK IT! I'm gonna buy the damn thing when I can! I looked at a list of changes done, I watched the vids showing what changes have been done and you know what? There is only one that I think is actually BAD and I think we all know what that is (Noooooooooooooooo! ). I mean what the hell is the matter with changing the yoda puppet in Episode I? That puppet they used in Ep I was fucking awful! It lacked the expression that the original puppet in V and VI had, (which they kept btw in the blu-ray release ) so if anything that was a massive improvement. I honestly don't care if an Ewok now blinks, I couldn't give a shit.
The rest of the stuff doesn't really make that much a fucking difference if I'm honest about it. The fact that the same fans who wanted a massive boy-cot of the blu-ray box set have bought it anyways proves that the overwhelming majority of fans can either learn to ignore what they don't like or look at the maths of it all and realise the blu-ray changes for the most part are NOT terrible afterall (it's like I said, there's only really one change thats bad). I mean they knew about the changes way before the release and yet they still bought it, what a bunch of jokes! It doesn't change what Star Wars is at it's core, the quality of all six movies in high definition looks fantastic!
The fans went through this same rediculous routine in 2005 for the dvd box set, and what do you know? THEY STILL BOUGHT IT ANYWAY!! LOL!
I wrote this because in all honesty I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy it or not, but what changed my mind was that the sales of the Blu-ray box set have been very high. Record breaking in fact. So to use Star Wars talk for a sec "Fans, your thoughts betray you, your feelings for it are strong".
So Star Wars fans out there who still haven't bought it, seriously go buy it. The boy-cot is the biggest fail in the geek world... well since the last one.
