What should I do?

Okay I recently got a commission. And unfortunately she speaks japanese and doesn't speak english that well.
I didn't get the picture I commissioned.... I Bought it for 300 dollars. And I told her on 9/16 that i'd tell her the position of the two characters later. And that if she had any questions to ask me. Well I ended up paying her, and then telling her the position of the characters I wanted to which she responded
"Oh, You have the position's settings!
But I completed your work now....sorry..
I hope you like this."
It's a lovely picture.... But it's not what I wanted...
I'm trying to be as civil about this as I can be.
Is it to much to demand that she redraw it based on the information I've given?
Or should I just suck it up, take the loss, and deal?

あなたのアートはよかったですけど。。。このあーとがほしくないです。私のりねんは(Insert link here)です。私のお金にあげましたから、私のポーズがほしいですよ。メールを読んでいます、ありがとうございました。
So and So San,
You're picture is nice but...this art isn't what I wanted. My idea is (link). Because I gave you my money, my pose is what I want. Thank you for reading my mail.
It's pretty basic but I think it should get the point across =)
