ok this is quite likely just me being stupid but can you (or someone else reading this) please explain what an "adoptable" is coz i just dont understand. I get the idea of yiffables, we pay for a pic featuring said character, but the whole paying to own someone elses idea just confuses me

I often think that writers or comic book illustrators could use these kinds of characters, as NPC's/background characters
I use them for ideas that generally wouldn't be possible with my personal characters (for example, I am a monogamous, straight female who is partnered with a very protective male... I cannot use my main character with characters I've adopted, because it's going against my ethics, however, I can use characters/fursonas I've made against myself, it doesn't harm anyone else that way)
That doesn't mean these adoptables will act the same way (ie. I won't make a complete replica of myself or Tiggie to use with other fur's characters)

I guess what I'm trying to say is, anyone who is open to these ideas are eligible :3
The next owner of the adoptable character can state whether they want to keep the character open for future 'one night stands' or keep it for themselves :3

depending what their personality is, that'll set their stance (a shy character for example, would probably avoid looking directly to the viewer and might be a little nervous, whereas a loud character would probably be very "in your face" and wanting the attention) ;3
