srsly... been to the dentist's? might have a toof that's a little messed up?

can't, with my families dental history [runs in the family, sadly] most dentists don't actualy take us on :(

that's the only thing i can suggest, i dunno, i'm no medical professional like the rest of the fandom...

Anbesol,or Orajel numbs it for me.....I have had a bad jaw pane lately to.... I also take aleav but you probly cant take that....

I was also told to try wisky on the gums or biteing into a clove of garlic but to those I said no

i don't really drink, so whisky is out~

Is it the gums, the jaw it self or the tooth the hurt?

Do you grind your teeth at night?

Cross bite is a condition were the upper teeth are not align correctly with the lower teeth forcing you to chew at a slight angle. Most of the time the patient is not even aware of the problem until after many years of incorrect biting. Pain is usually the result. A good orthodontist would be able to tell you if that is the problem and probably correct it.
Of course it can also be a tons of other unrelated thing like bacteria, virus, tumor, etc. It's kind of weird that your dentist cannot do anything or at the very least send you to see the right specialist. No body should live in pain. I would urge you to seek advice of another dentist.
