A notable event that takes place out here in Western Maryland each halloween is the Alsatia Mummer's Parade. It is a large, well known parade with floats and marching bands from as far away as Pittsburg PA, Baltimore, and Easton MD. One of its attractions is the large number of costume wearing people, known as Mummers.

I am planning to walk in the parade in my fursuit this year, along with a handler. I would like to invite anyone else who'd enjoy a little fursuiting for entertainment, and as a kind of fur-meet event. The parade route is about a mile and a half long and may take about two hours to do. If enough want to join me, I'll arrange for some type of SAG vehicle in case someone would need to drop out.
