Screw you and your shitty customer service "associates".
I called yesterday to get my iPod repaired, the screen flickers, and I had blown pixels GALORE on it, and it's covered by warranty. The lady said to take my "Service Record Number" to a UPS store, give it to them, and a box will be given for me to mail it out. No problem, right?
So i get to the UPS store, and give them my number. They have absolutely no record of me, the apple ID, or any services. But they said I had to call Apple about it. I'm sitting in the parking lot, on hold, for 20 minutes. A representative picks up the phone, and promptly hangs up on me.
FUCK
I call back, have to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes, and then someone answers. He puts me on hold for 10 minutes so he can call dispatch, and he tells me that I am to receive a box at my home TOMORROW, from FED-EX. Where the fuck do these guys come in?!? I wasted my whole day getting to UPS, to have to go home and wait till tomorrow.
This is why I own a WINDOWS computer AND phone.
Ugh. So stressed out.
