Haha, I'm a UKFur - and I agree, these guys are just pretty weird.

All of the UKFurs with intelligence and common sense would have declined the offer to go on tv. I think what's happened here is these guys have been offered the interview and thought: "OMG let's do this guys, WE CAN SAVE THE FANDOM!!! We can show them how normal furries are and we can explain that not all furries are sexual deviants like on CSI". Either that or they just wanted to be on tv and don't care how badly they're about to portray themselves.

These guys haven't even got fursuits. I don't think facepaint improves their image much either.

no, facepaint certainly doesnt improve their image at all, the fact that they are directly talking about "yiff" near the end is unnecessary tbh, they took more of an interest in that part compared to the other attributes, they basically just wanted to be in the spotlight like you said, which sucks cuz the world is obviously not going to agree with it, people hardly agree to homosexuality so furries arnt different, yet people fail to understand that fact
