Panels are one of those things that, at the start of the convention, I always plan out making time for, and it NEVER HAPPENS.

No. No. And no. I am what you call tactile defensive (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tactile_defensiveness), so the only way that's ok is if i know you and/or i've given you the OK to do so. That means do not randomly hug me without asking or at least giving me a moment to respond (ie holding your arms out in front of me), because I will hit you by reflex.
