well, i dont do these often, i forgot how to do it for a while...
today i was digging a roman ditch within a trench (i work as an archaeologist). this would have been fine.... but it was 28 deg C, i was melting, also, the clay i was digging through was being baked and scorched white....
5 litres of water later, i am here... that is all
