Deal With it Glasses?

Ok So I see a lot of people have those "Deal with it" glasses like "shopped" onto icons and such
is that a program? or like somewhere you do that.. cause I want to.

Well I'm more talking about the shopped over Other icons. Like the one I have now.

Ohhhh well in that case i would assume you can just throw some glasses from google images onto a pic using photoshop or gimp or MS paint or something like that

Thank you!! but unfortunately... It doesn't work with any of my icons cause you can't rotate the glasses or turn them.

Yeah, I suppose that thing is more meant to work with the original's angle. :C Might be able to do some editing magic in a different program though. If I wasn't stuck finishing this stupid paper I'd look into it more x_x

Also it makes a stupid Link back to the site at the bottom and if I try and cut it out It'll ruin the gif... ugh
