Heart and Mind
Oh too often i see you down,
I can't stand to see you frown,
you say it's fine
"it will heal in time" But what you can't hide
is the emotion
within your eyes
and in your mind. If you could see,
Whats plain to me,
actions i've heard,
"speak louder than words" But what you can't hide,
is the pain
inside
your mind This anguish i see
is killing me,
if only you knew
"how i felt about you" But what you cant hide
is the apathy
within my soul
and in my heart The way i make you blush,
It's my rush,
now do you see
"why it's troubling me?" But what i cant hide
is the love,
inside,
