Cyborg claw
General
now some folks might remember I've been working on a cyborg costume.
I never got the head right, and I wasn't happy with the body armor so I'm starting over with those
but first I'm gonna rebuild my robot hand
my original is this
http://www.furaffinity.net/full/1616620/
it works greatt but the wood clamps are heavey and it could hurt some one.
I'm building a new one using Cloroplast for claws, light weight and pretty durable I'm thinking of going with a three finger design similer to an Ork power claw.

I'm taking the basic design and making it a little less Orky to fit the costume
my thoughts are should I use a scratch built manual hydraulic control for the claw *wouldn't be too bad I'd just need the right sized syringes* or should I go with springs pulling the claw open like in my clamps
springs would be cheaper, and easier but the hydraulics would be smoother and so damn cool
