Couch V Traditional Shading or Cell Shading?

I'm interested to know what people like better.

I'm up for doing either and don't really have a preference at the moment so I'm taking a poll more or less. Which would like me to use on the Couch: Round V?

but then again I'm not on the couch.....this time.
I'd stick to the traditional one too.
...Guess I just resolved my own conflict.
Each pic can be appreciated for itself. But really it is what the artist wants to “tell” the viewer that should decide it.
But, I had to wait until I could open up both pictures and look at them at full resolution and flip back and forth to really pick up on the differences. On their own, both pictures look great. Comparing them closely, my own preference is for the softer lines and edges in the traditional shading.
seems to bring out the perspective of everything better in your style than the traditional does.
Both are good, but the traditional feels lacking to me.
