Puts a smile on my face, but god damn this is the most inconsistent I've ever seen of John K's work. I can hardly follow it. But I can tell they had fun with it. I love the color scheme.

I.....can't share your enthusiasm, I really can't. It actually astounds me how increasingly unappealing his work gets to look at and when ever you think his hit rock bottom, he pulls out a bigger shovel.

I think with John K is that his built himself up in his own mind to such an extent that he feels everything he does is a revolution in animation. One can never truly improve if they become beyond criticism.....it is knowing our shortcomings that force us to improve them.

Pretty much the same way most people react to John Kricfalusi's statements, i.e. ignoring them. Nobody except John K's fans cared what John K thought. The thing about John K is, he's a really really talented guy who is also pretty good at hurling criticisms at others but unfortunately won't collaborate with anyone. He prefers being the King of Kricsfalusi World. It's a pretty good gig if you can get it. Basically if you live in his world, you worship him. If you don't, you don't. Very few people at WB were Kricsfalusi worshippers. Certainly none of the decision-makers.-

I can't say I ever took to John K's actual work a whole lot. Having said that I've liked the work of a lot of people his worked with, against what many have said about John K being the single handed force of Ren & Stimpy the show was a combination of a lot of very talented people and I honestly find myself more drawn to the styles of peoples like Bob Camp or Bill Wray then I ever really did John K.......but that's just my opinion.
