Hi! I am Sirius the Wolfhound, and this is Sirius Business!
Today I'm going on a diet! Hopefully with this move I can lose some weight and keep the burden off my muscles as I attempt to build them up. My mom is helping me out, so don't worry, but I just would like to say I'm doing what I can to stay healthy for as long as possible! Wish me luck!

one small tip, eat lots of celery. It has so much fibre, your body actually works harder to digest it. which in a way burns fat.

When I was trying to lose weight, I'd eat lots of pickles. They'd give me sodium back that I lost from sweating when I would exercise, and they're tasty too ^^

And on reduced calorie diets you need lots of lean protein, specially if ya buildin muscle :3 I prefer chicken.

I also take fish oil with each meal, and a good multivitamin/mineral complex. But I really enjoy talkin bout this stuff ^^
