I was directed here and I was wondering. Have any of you guys contacted a social service center where Vashan lives? I am but a mere college student majoring in social work but I can provide the information and try to be helpful as much as I can.

Basically what it is is that a social worker will try to help him in his situation. Social workers deal with many types of people, not just those in welfare programs like some people assume they do. They provide services and other opportunities that the client can take if they are desperate for something.
