So, over the last couple of days,  sin. has been helping my friend  bonnierose create her fursona.

Cute, ain't it? I like it, Bonnie likes it, it's a good thing. Well, as Bonnie and I were watching Sin finish it up, a friend's girlfriend (who was over for our weekly table-top gaming) looked over and exclaimed, "What is that HIDEOUS CREATURE?!"

"But... it's FURRY!"

"Yup, that it is."

Wow. Jesus christ, woman. You don't have to like it, but was it really necessary to make such a big scene about it? Acting like that is why my bff, who used to not mind being recognized as a furry, has gone back to hiding it. He doesn't even care about your opinion, he just doesn't want to hear you go on about it and then tell his furry-hating boyfriend.
