For me, I keep my mind busy until I start feeling a little better- or up to taking on the problems that are upsetting me. Or if it's just random sadness that comes from nowhere, or something I can do nothing about- I either try to ignore it or just you know- immerse into something mindless for a while. But eventually things do get better- for everyone.. I promise.

I sometimes talk to friends, take a shower, cuddle my animals, or even nap. But music is a real help! Pandora is a great way to find new music. It's a free internet radio that plays similar songs to the one you typed in. And they recently lifted their monthly listening limit so listen for as long as you like! 8D. Sorry if you already knew about Pandora. I run into people to dont know about it and it must be shared!
