That said, if someone is making death threats against someone else over a fictional story, that's not a case of a closed mind so much as a case of stupidity. Sadly, no amount of mind opening can cure that.

I probably worded it wrong, but the gist of my point was "Are you seriously going to threaten a guy because he portrayed dragons unflatteringly? C'mon now."

I got that from reading it, but that's partly because I know you. Others might have taken away more than what you intended, seeing what I *also* saw, which was kinda like "Here's a flamer flaming the flamers."

They do indeed, and people can be quite silly. I know one person who has an inexplicable hatred of wolves...his page also says that he doesn't like cats, but that hasn't stopped him from watching me. Ah well...
