Update on the Twins
The boys have good heartbeats, I'm still having contractions between 5 and 10 minutes apart. My cervix is still 1cm dilated and not effacing, but! Baby A has dropped, so his head is pressing pretty hard against it now. The doc says it's down to the wire now- if the boys don't come out on their own by next Thursday, then I'll be admitted for labor augmentation and given medicine to ripen and progress labor.
There is a mild concern we're waiting to hear about- at the growth ultrasound last month, baby B was 3 pounds and baby A was 3 pounds 10 oz. They weren't terribly concerned, but at this most recent one, baby A was 5 pounds 11 oz, and B was only 4 pounds 7oz. :( Because they're so discordant, they had to do a blood flow check, which we're now awaiting the results of.
Baby A is in the perfect position to be born naturally, which is a big relief. But I've been cautioned that since B is so small, it could either make it easier to have both of them vaginally, or that the contractions could put him in distress because of it, so to be prepared for the possibility of needing a c/s for the second baby after giving natural birth to the first.
I'm on decreased activity, which is a step up from complete bedrest, but
is still doing most of the work around the house. x3 Nursery has been finished, and now we're just waiting. Any way it goes, these little guys will be here before two weeks are up!
Ultrasound pics, for those who are interested:

Twin B: (Just his spine though, so it's not terribly interesting.)
