You know what really grinds my gears?

People who act like running 7 miles/week is "no big deal" or "I do that on a minimum work out"
Well, it sure is a lot fucking more than most of fat ass america; so how about a "Hey good job" or "Keep up the good work!"
Just really starting to piss me off.

I just started back up on working out :3 and 7 miles a week is really good, what I found helps is adding weight to the walk before you start running. But cha just did my first 2 mile walk in forever and damn near cried at completion ;~; good on yah

I tend to jog about 3.5 miles after work and it takes me 45 minutes to do so so it's a nice, slow pace. Running at full blast however, I can see why that would be difficult.
