I have the same issue. One of my friends recently told me that some personalities don't always come across on the internet. I'm trying to do things like ask questions. Maybe a quiz asking what gender your followers are or what their spirit animal is. Just starting a conversation is good, like you're doing with this journal :)

I read and watch what people do on here all the time and think 'wow, I'd love to hang out with that person, we'd get on so well' or 'I bet if we collaborated we could create something wonderful', I feel like if more people knew me here there'd be so much I could give to this community and get in return (in terms of personal growth, not just making a sale).

But I just don't know how to ask, I'm fine being an audacious bubbly extrovert irl but on here I just get too frightened of what people will think.

Thanks for sharing though, you've made me feel a hell of alot better.

What do you want from this community?

I guess I want to share what I can do. I like the images I make and I think other people would get a kick out of them too. I like the communal aspect of every "social network" so I'm looking to interact.

I get you about being bubbly in real life. I think that for me I feel that the internet, as a collection of words is impersonal. I come alive when I'm video chatting with people but typing makes me feel like no one is really on the other end so I don't try to be personable like I guess I should.

Tell you the truth FA has slowed down for everyone! I asked my friends on this site that normally get a lot of traffic if they have had a slow down like I have and they all told me that hardly anyone comments or favorites anymore.

The whole site has decreased in members due to a few reasons; so definitely don't take it personally!

Yea we'll stay here. Basically we are staying around for our closer knit friends and all. A lot of people were put off by the changes in rules and questionable moderation practices. Not sure where everyone went though; probably to one of the two newer furry sites that allow adult images. (which is what most of the people staying on the site are here for really)

Cool, I'd like to stay here too, I really like the community here even though I haven't really posted much.

But I will! one day I shall be active again, I promise

I think alot of people just dont read or comment on the journals much.

That and a considerable amount of people moved activity off site

Do you know why s many have moved off this site? (I've had a quick google and I couldn't find any news on it)
