所以...

I've had this speech pattern in English where when I've been talking for a minute or two, I'll end the paragraph with "So..." and trail off, I think it started as a way to help me prevent repeating myself (I do that a lot).
所以 is an equivalent expression to so. I've noticed that I use it exactly the same way. When I don't know what to say, I'll just tack on a 所以 and trail off. I'm so weird.
In other news, I found a Chinese band that's not pop. I'm so proud of myself! It took at least an hour of searching on 百度, the main insular Chinese search engine, but I found them. Their name is 扭曲的机器 (or Twisted Machine in English). They're Numetal, though they're a bit harder than I usually like most of the time... Regardless, I've been listening to them a lot recently. If ya have a few minutes, check out my favorite song, 我没错. I think on youtube there's only a live version instead of an album one. If you can access Youku instead (I think it may be blocked in the US), then they have album versions.
