General
Allright, just a general life update here
started work at Cici's 2 days ago (a pizza buffet chain)
This is the first job I've ever had, and oh god
my feet
my legs
everything below the knees
I also wasn't wearing Non-slip shoes yesterday.
When they say you need non slip shoes, THEY MEAN IT.
I fell down so many times back in the kitchen.
And they had me closing on my first day, so that's why i didn't immediately get on to tell you guys just how much i ached and hurt.
HOWEVER
it's still been cool. I get tips, the people are nice, people are pretty patient when training you,
I like talking to people and getting them whatever they need, it's all good. I came in today with the right footwear and it was a LOT easier to get the work done, save for my aching feet at the end of the day.
SO.
With that said, I do not know my chedule for the coming week. I may be on weekend again, I may be on a weekday, who knows. I also have class monday and wednesday, so I don't know how busy I'm gonna be. So I may not get anything drawn for a while.
lock444 I know I still have much much more to do on your commission, and I haven't forgotten. If you can find it in your heart to be patient with me, I WILL get that comic out for you. It just might take me a little while. I'll do a once a week update worst case scenario.
and that's about it. i won't be quite as prominent for a while, at least until i get my regular schedule worked out.
so until next time, yours truly

I've worked at CiCi's and the EXACT same thing happened to me. I was minding my own business on my day off and my back just SUDDENLY seized up on me. You're not used to doing work yet, so it's gonna be a rough couple of weeks. Just remember, you'll get monies soon! :D
i work for fed ex and i SWEAR by those items.
dont sweat it man i know real life happens and im not gona be a rampaging dick monster about the comic X3 (though i have to admit that does sound like a ferocious dnd creature to come across XD) you have fun with it and post it when you can.
as for your job congradulations on actualy getting one. its a pain in the butt that work thing but money makes it worth it X3
as for your feet i would recomending soaking them in hot water mixed with epsom salt. does WONDERS for sore feet and i should know i work retail.
i remember when i worked in a restraunt X3 i skated across that greasy floor like a gracefull fat butterfly X3
but yeah man dont worry about the time frame X3 you hanle real life and make it when you can and have fun with it.
