You could ask any number of the suit makers on here. Sorry I can't give you names or you could take the patterns that worked up and make your own. http://www.matrices.net/NorthSound/ I happen to know a couple of them and have seen the guys their patterns make and true they are not full sized you could take them to a copy shop and have them blown up near the size you wish.

Myself I would be happy with my fursona being four feet tall.... If she was full sized I would have no place to keep her! Oh she stands about seven feet tall at least as a biped. As a chakat shi will be five feet tall and five feet long less tail...
