Need assistance! Death threats and such!

See ya, Space Cowboy...
Hello anyone reading this, especially you, Mr. Troll of sorts if you are. I have been dealing with some sort of moronic troll over the past few days. He keeps spamming my inbox with Notes threatening to kill me and how he hates all the Rule 34 I've commissioned and whatnot. He seems to only be targeting me and yeah, hates my guts for his own butthurt reasons. I do not appreciate these childish antics, nor do I appreciate the threat on my life. I highly doubt this user has the information he says, like my phone number and possibly my address. The multiple account names so far have been: Gended, gended1, diamondxxx, darko_kor
Now, aside from not replying to this person, and ignoring those names on my list, he just seems to create new account, spam my Shoutbox (Which you can see right now) and my Notebox with his copypasted bullshit, and is reluctant to give up until I'm dead, I guess. At this point I'm all "Come at me, bro", if he wants to kill me so bad, I don't see why he keeps talking about it and won't just do it. Ball up there, pal. :B
So yeah, any other ideas on how to deal with this troll, guys? Also, any chances I could take legal action here?

Generally I wouldn't say "call his bluff" on someone who's repeatedly saying they're going to kill you, but this guy's showing all the signs of just a kid who thinks it's hilarious to type stupid crap on different anonymous screen names. Thankfully, the internet isn't nearly as "anonymous" as people think. If he keeps it up, he'll get caught. Particularly if he contacts you in any other way -- phone, e-mail, etc. -- because then you can report it to the police, and then he will be caught, and quickly. They take that crap very seriously.
I say just block the screen name each time it pops up, perform clean-up duty (you can delete all the shouts in your settings), and just report the whole situation to the admins here. Hopefully they'll consider it serious enough to actually do something about it.
The admins should be able to block his IP for that kind of action.
Thanks for all the advice, and yeah, I'm not really scared or anything, just annoyed. I decided to finally make a journal just because it was pestering me is all, and somewhat trying to call him out on his bluffs. if he has my phone number, I have to wonder why he hasn't called yet. This is all just really annoying is all.
I'm still curious to find out what sort of legal action I could take.

do take a "Trouble Tickets" on the control panel and report him for harassment.
and dude, don't let him get on to you much, just try the ban way and ignore the troll, if its possible.
