So ive been doing a lot of training, eating healthy and shit
My fat ass back in January was 283 lbs.
October 14th I was 233 lbs
TODAY Im 221 lbs
I run 3.5 Miles a day and try to run 6 miles at least one day a week
I'm registered for 2 5k runs one next saturday and one november 12
FEELING GOOD SON
edit: today I did duathalon training I biked 8.6 miles jumped off the bike and ran 3.3 miles not to mention this morning I ran 3.2 miles also. If your trying to train or improve your overall fitness I log all my workouts and I can give you the link to my training regimen to give you an idea of what works for me

then just run... at first alternate running and walking, run 30 seconds walk 30 seconds and work your way to where you can just keep running. dont push your body past your limits and remember to take rest days
