Football Uniform and Equipment! Help!

As some of you may know, but most probably don't know, I'm attempting to play full-contact American football again; this time for an amateur league as opposed to when I played for High School.
I'm currently in physical therapy, but I'll be on the field fully rather than partially very soon. So, I need to raise money to purchase a uniform, and to purchase equipment. I can do both myself, probably... But any money I make from other sources is huge, as it helps me continue to pay for bills and deal with other problems that may spring up (like food and car repairs.)
