Okay, I'm still thinking about
athus a lot - not really too surprising, especially since I don't have many things going on in my life to get particularly emotional about so I keep riding the last "big thing."
And today I get home from work, and put on some nice relaxing internet videos. And I'm watching =3 and this comes up:

(Not embedded. Fuck you, people who do that.)
Watched it? Okay - what do you think this reminded me of? :) (I kid 'cause I love...)
Well, thinking about morbid stuff like death and leaving a final message on Fur Affinity or whatever the big furry thing is at the time... I wonder if in some 50-60 years you'll see people like me doing things like this. Screw you Ken!
Both among furries and people in general... as people who grew up in the Internet age die, at a time when they EXPECT to die, things are probably going to get pretty weird...
I am totally going to have to set up a cron script on some server that nobody knows I have access on, and if I don't poke it for 60 days, it starts sending out posthumous tweets, e-mails, whatever. (Oh shit, if any of you furries who've got extra years on me are reading this, I will kick your dead ass if you steal my idea.)
Or maybe I'll be really old and not give a shit about doing silly stuff like that. Who the fuck knows. But... my dildo collection will have to go somewhere.

Each time a death reminds us of our own in the eventual course of time, many of my friends contemplate what to do ahead of time with all our 'stuff', the cruft that sticks to us like barnacles as we go on. What do we do with all the valuable unique stuff like our personal fursuits? After some time, no decision is made and we go back to living our lives.
A final farewell is a morbid, but neat idea that maybe we could strive to make in the event something does happen to any of us. Though those things need to be updated. Things change. Maybe Ken eventually does eat the gefilte fish and likes it!
