Hi gang! I know I had originally said I would hold it open til midmight tonight, but it hasn't moved in a few days--so I think pretty much eveyone whose interested has already made a bid. Also, I haven't had much sleep lately and I'm about to completely crash, so I figured I'd just call it now.

Anyway, the winning bid was for $500, and the winner will receive not only a piece of artwork, but a great deal of gratitude for seriously helping me out! I won't name him here because I'm not sure he wants to be public. Hopefully I will be able to display a little jpeg of the resulting artwork here.
But seriously, I want to thank all the people who made very generous bids for participating. I wish I could do a whole bunch of commissions right now and didn't just have to settle on only one.

I was thinking like making something that I could reproduce in limited runs as prints instead of just one, but I'm greedy and a believer in free enterprise, If you make it they will come... .
