Quite simply...if you're a fucking anthropomorphic dragon, or a wolf-fox hybird, I can fucking talk.

Not talking in fursuit is NOT a rule...its a guideline...much as with every other guideline for fursuit performers.

The only times you shouldn't talk in fursuit is:

a) personal preference - limited to yourself in your own fursuit

b) you're performing in a well known character suit, like Donald or Goofy or some such, where your voice would obviously be very out of place in that character, who already has a defined vocal style (unless you can do the voice spot on, of course.)

c) you're performing in someone else's fursuit and they don't want you talking in it.

d) you're under contract not to do so

As for removing your head in public...personal choice once again (unless you're under contract from the organization to whom the fursuit/mascot you're wearing belongs.) While I'll endeavor to remove my head or suit out of public eye, if I have to do it in public...so...be...it.

Don't like it? CONGRATS! You don't have to! But your dislike is in no way, shape or form going to change my outlook on it.
