I've finally my plane tickets. They were really hard to get this year ^_^!
I will leave Paris with Tifou the 7th of January to go to San Fransisco. Spend few days around before the convention starts. Then we will go to Los angeles and Las vegas for few days. Our plane will leave the 21th of January from San Fransisco airport in the afternoon.
In the past, I didn't have problems to find cheap direct flights from Paris, but prices were almost as expensive as plane tickets for AC.
I found a good deal for flights from Delta two days ago, and tonight, the same flights were almost 200€ higher.
We were able to find a website that have still some good prices with KLM. Only few dollars higher than Delta. Still 600€, but at least it still better than most of the prices that I've found those last days for flights that could leave saturday before the convention start, and leave next saturday after the con.
I hope me and Tifou will be able to see a lot of you there, and if you're in the same area than us before or after the convention and want to show us some places or hang around with us, don't hesitate to contact us.

I hope it won't take so long before being able to see you again ;)
It was the same during my first FC, I knew really very few people there, but it wasn't such a big deal, most people were happy to see european down there and to talk with us.
Now that FC is quite bigger, maybe it would be harder to really meet people. Like AC, if the con gets bigger, usually people have a tendency to stay in little groups.
One of my friend which did go to AC with me and didn't knew many people there, did have really great difficulties to meet people, even his friends, as the place is really huge.
Maybe it's easier for us, because we have fursuits, and a lot of people will come naturally to us to talk a bit about it, but for those who don't have one, maybe it's a little bit harder to be able to find a group of interesting people and hang around with them for the rest of the convention.
