exactly. We ONLY use Donations to pay for studio/living expenses. Donations Cover Rent, Electric, Bills and Food. We have very few personal expenses.

Seems a little unorthodox to be asking for charitable donations to fund the operation of a for-profit business venture.

Sorry, but if he has to beg for donations to keep from being homeless, he should be putting this to the side as a hobby. Besides that, he's notorious for not showing updates, and the few updates he HAS shown have all been a step backwards.

Well, first, I think he rather asks for donations. I have only seen him once when he was desperate and was begging. Though I must agree that if I was going to do this, I would consider doing it as a hobby.
But I have seen a few projects that is done on hobby basis, and they don't move very fast.

The thing is that he could have a job to support himself while continuing this project on the side. Even a part time job would do better for him than asking for donations when he hardly makes progress.

Crow does almost all this work by himself, and I don't know about you but coding is hard and very time consuming. If you don't have to donate but please don't complain. Also he works on this shit almost all day everyday, so if he had a job updates would be so slow no one would even watch his art.

No one likes a negative person so please if you don't like what he's doing don't comment and complain about it.

Man that's some serious blind fanaticism. Try thinking for yourself. No game of that size should take so long (hasn't it been in progress for YEARS?). He didn't build up an entire program, nor is he using 3D modeling. It's done in Flash, which is obvious because he doesn't even animate it frame by frame. He abuses tools like tweening and shit.

He's been working for years because new programs come out and he wants to update te game. Also if I'm not mistaken before no one donated so he had to get real job and disappeared forca year or two. Aparently you never tried to design a fucking game.!Have you!?! If you did would know that the quality of this game is better than any other I've seen. If you can do better, and faster than fucking prove me wrong bitch!

He doesn't work on the game full time as it is, and it's pretty obvious for the points I said above. If he spent full time working on the game, it would have been finished by now, it would have more ADDED rather than REMOVED, and he wouldn't be using flash tools, he would be hand animating (for the amount of time it's been in production, it should be hand animated).

*sigh* I give up believe whatever you want to just please do me a favor. Don't complain and be negative to crow because he really is the best furry porn flash artist out there.

The best? I've seen better. In fact,  ajin does some amazing animations that are drawn frame by frame, unlike Crow's tool abused crap.

While I admit ajin is great artist I still prefer crow for flash.

My biggest criticism for the whole of this project is you're falling into the exact same cycle that DNF ran into initially: You build, rig, and release a section of the game, then do some development /research and branch into a new direction, and build a new section with these new elements. Eventually, the differences between the -first- section and the most recent bit are so vast you decide to scrap everything for an "Update".

See also: The original HTH2 layout, the Glass room, the original Main Hall, Lucky, etc.

Pick an art direction, and then keep to it consistently. Then you can actually get something done.

While I don't have the cash to pony up for donations (I'm in your boat) myself and many others would totally buy a DVD.

Just throwin' that out there.
