Is it just me or is there less Drama in the fandom?

Idk... I just knida noiced it.. except for the whole pony thing, and even that is kinda lazy drama...

is it just me or does anyone else notice it??? If so.. this is a good thing.. :D

Last three journals she posted are all about the same topic. Though, she seems to be learning as she's all ready re-drawn two of the pictures that were traced for Verpets. I'm glad. Underneath all of the crap was a good artist, she made some bad mistakes though.

that's a real shame, although her journals don't really show someone learning anything otherwise she would probably stop poking the fire, she just seems determined to gain sympathy, although at least she admitted her mistake and didn't try to cover up her tracing

I think it's because people our age in the fandom who started as teenagers in the fandom are growing older and more mature. For instance, in that one pic (now removed), one fur was saying it's okay to hate. I explained to him some stuff calmly, and I met a new acquaintance rather than an "enemy". And he even had an interesting idea I thought was quite novel.

Yea but there are more furries behind us who join after we did and so on and so on, we'll always have the immaturity in the fandom.. It's not that... something else.. I don't know.. the fandom's been different lately... I hope it'll last...

Of course there will always be immaturity. But, I like that it's different in this way. I think it is our generation that overtook the fandom by storm since its inception and made the online furry population boom. Now that we're the adults (and there's a LOT of us), we can help curtail the drama and immaturity from younger users. It's a win-win cycle.

but yeah, drama has been calming down a bit. i don't remember the last time everyone was divided on wether or not they loved the months banner. something that a year ago was damn near every month. i think people just stopped caring or got less creative with their drama. either way i'm pleased with the result X3
