For a youtube vid its impressive in a way. The choice of music is excellent (Era "The Mass") and the editing follows the flow and coposition of it. But yep, its gives some things to think about. China is back on the world map now after several centuries of being slackers, and they intend to let the world know that in any way possible. What caught my attention with this vid wasn´t just the video itself but the comments itself. 4600 and still going strong, and most of them being racist comments or pure attacks and hatred. Its not just this though, far from it. Look around at whats happening in the world and you can see its not a stable place for the moment. Can´t say Im overtly optimistic about the current events in the world right now.
I enjoy observing and reading about it though.

I couldn't read many of the comments. They were all so unabashedly stupid that I couldn't withstand more than a page and half or so.
The lack of high tech weponry was pretty evident though in those vids. T5x series of tanks aren´t quite the MBTs of today. And carriers and infrastructure for them is still decades away no matter their economical resources. They´ll need them though to make a point in world wide politics and power.
I see a redux of the Cuban Missile Crisis, but over Taiwan, a country the US has sworn to protect. One of the days, though perhaps not soon, I think the Chinese navy will blockade Taiwan and dare us to do something about it. First one to blink takes a backseat in world politics for awhile.
Something else worries me about an up and coming China. I've heard that they're quite racist in their outlook, regarding non-Chinese as inferior. That's an attitude, if it exists, that could lead to a repeat of the worst the 20th Century had to offer. However, I've only heard of this attitude secondhand, so I've no clue whether it's widespread or merely anecdotal.
