Just another fandom...

I would describe it as something like...Liking to draw anthro/animal (feral) art, as well as make stories about animals or anthromorphic animals. Or making music to go along with their characters. Some may take it a little far, but most are just artists, expressing how they feel or showing off what they can do. And a lot of people in the furry fandom are really good artists, while others are trying to be and should be considered good artists too. It may not be something where you are attracted to animals, just the love of drawing them and making characters from animals, whether feral or anthro.

I would say...it doesn't feel differently from not being apart of the furry fandom. Before I knew I was a furry, I felt the same as I do now. I don't really understand the hate towards it, it makes no sense to me. It is just like hating sports, what's the point? Some people love sports, while others will hate it. It makes no difference, it doesn't hurt you, so why the hate, I say.

I did a powerpoint predentation over the furry fandom, and I had it defined as a fandom of anthropomorphic animals that has become something that relates more to a family that is artistically oriented than a fandom.
