It's a '97 Oldsmobile and we think the problem is that it just didn't have any gas because it would go dead when I would try to hit the gas. At least that's what we're hoping. Other than that, weird noise when I try to start (I know shit about cars).

We figured it out. It was out of gas, which is stupid because I broke down near a gas station >.<

Oh well, no one taught me anything about cars, so I didn't know what it was when it wouldn't start. I guess the real problem is the gas gauge is broken.

or ice in the gas line if it's cold enough. Another possibility is a clogged fuel filter...Sorry, I'm an old gearhead. :0P I used to work on cars when all you need was a good set of wrenches, and it did require a computer and the latest tool-du-jour..

It's better to be a gearhead than to be a total idiot at cars :/ We got everything started, I just feel like an ass because I didn't realise it wouldn't start because it was out of gas (the gas gauge is broken, apparently).

I had a fucked start of this year too.

It's only the beginning of the year, though.
