Trip to, heave and ho; Up, down, to and fro- You have no word
Good news is i'm off my vegan thing. I did it, and i'm proud that I lasted. Now it's a month without buying plastic. WIsh me luck..
Bad news is I feel like running out into the freeway.
Are friendships really that disposable?
I was literally shunned by someone today.. I've essentially ruined certain aspects of my life for this person, and today when I drove out to visit, I was cast out. No eye contact, maybe three sentences said to me, an awkward goodbye hug and then I left alone. It was too awkward. It has never been like this. Never this bad.
Have you ever felt like you need a good cry, to let your emotions out, but you just don't have the strength to?
I am so freaking drained, and tired of this.. I'm just so tired of being hurt and feeling this way.
I don't come along close friends very often, and this friend in particular had other ties.. too important, you know? Too important to lose. They are leaving on a trip somewhere. In a few days.. I went to visit to say a proper goodbye.
This isn't how things should end. Whats wrong with me? Am I that horrible to be around?

They are like your a ass!!!!! LOL. Opps. But yeah when I get something on my mind or upset I can get like that.
So maybe it was just bad timing.

Poor Icy, sorry your going through all this. I couldn't be as strong willed as you for doing a vegan diet. I'd crack in a day. xD really hope things get better with your friend. I understand how much friends mean to ya, I'm the same. They're my support system and awesome to have when feeling down.

Yeah, friends are essentially family to me. Friends, to have good friends, is to have a good support system. you can talk to friends more openly than family sometimes.. To lose a friend this way, It just sucks. I don't want to lose them.

I won't pretend to know what did or did not happen between you two. I guess all I can really suggest is to address the issue head on. Let them know you've felt shunned and ask them why they're doing it (assuming it's intentional), and above all, just remind them how much they mean to you. I think I'm safe in assuming that anyone who you consider such a close friend has got to be a kind, compassionate person, and I don't think they would want someone who cares so much about them feeling hurt.
I don't really know what to say. I know how much it hurts to feel like you're losing a close friend. it hurts a lot. Hang in there Icy <3
Thank you so very much. I wish I could explain the situation a bit more but it's complicated and I respect my friend too much to openly discuss what's going on to the fullest degree.
