Good morning Dr. Xxxxxxxxxx,

I usually arrive to our MEDS 2015 morning classes in 132A before 8, so I have had many instances of seeing Jason (the New Med Building's tech support person) interact with professors trying to setup equipment.

I just wanted you to know that he's great. He's extrememly helpful, and he's a great resource both for the studentsand profs.

It was nice to see this.. I am getting so many bad vibes from the professors about the state of the technology in the building due to a lot of stuff not being done due to the flooding, it was great to see someone acknowledge that I am doing the best I can with what tools I have to work with.

My boss has stated that he is going to place this in file here at work. It certainly brightened my day.
