I've sometimes wondered about that... some magical power swoops by and randomly changes you into a critter, but what if you don't get to choose the species? If you're, say, a raccoon furry, but you end up getting turned into an anthro chicken, do you retain your sense of wanting to be a raccoon? Are you now a raccoon trapped in a chicken's body? Can a chicken even fit into a raccoon fursuit?
