Changing up character colouration. Opinions?

I hardly ever draw Falli in colour these days. That's perhaps due to lack of motivation, or lack of interest in just drawing one character, but also possibly because colouring something in metallic silver is both difficult and time-consuming. It's either spend hours on one picture to make her look how I like, or have her turn out a sort of boring grey, which is what happens most times.
So! I've had a thought - it might eb prudent to give her a colour change-up. It'd allow me to not only have a character that was colourable in a fun, simple way, but also give me the opportunity to redesign a bit. I really do like how Falli is now, but she's not very accessible for art.
Hm. I guess I could make a new character, but I don't want to, Falli is my thing. Maybe just have an alternate colour scheme for the hell of it? I dunno!
Thoughts would be appreciated :)

I'm thinking purple, myself. Also, more horns.
Gotta finish up on the redesign sketches before I decide on colour, really!

Mmm, purple and green... Good combination.
But then, that's just my personal opinion!
