And I came across this tidbit of neat cute and awesomeness. Hope you all enjoy.
As for me, recovery has been kinda meh. This collar is annoying as I worry it coulod be causing my jaw to clench tight against my teeth. Not only that, but I think I need to get a mouth guard when I sleep as my teeth dig into my tongue causing really deep lines or grooves along my tongue to where it hurts. Needless to say, my tongue is a scarred with deep "cracks" where it seems my tongue is. I wonder if it can heal on it's own after a long time without my teeth digging into my tongue, XD Oh well.
Been doing well myself, despite not being at my place right now. But I can't complain. Sucks that there isn't much to do within walking distance. Been doing pretty good with the whole, pain management of not needing to take too many pain meds they prescribed me. one of which I haven;t had to take at all. Oxycontin or something I think it was. They prescribed it, but the pain has never gotten to the point of needing those,
The pain stuff I am on is what I think is called Valium or something, and the muscle relaxer is Diazepam. For those who play the Metal Gear Series, you'lll know what it supposedly is. No idea if in real life it would suppress convulsions or steady ones aim, but it can make you quite drowsy which would be bad in a war like situation. And, at least you don't "trip out: like in that one Metal Gear Flash Collab some of you may have seen.
I can't wait to get this darned neck collar off. But all in all, the incision seems to be healing well. I see the doctor on Friday, so it shall be interesting to see what he has to say.
So yeah, maybe sometime soon, some of you guys can come over and hang out or something. Since I am at my parents place right now, would need some warning or heads up to see if it is okay for someone to hang out.
