Good News and Bad News

Bad News first...
Well it seems life has once again proven itself to be a bitch. I have to make a call so someone can take care of my ratty babies for a while, at least until my Grandma's passing because she doesn't want to risk them getting lost and eaten by her stupid cat. I'm about ready to throw that fucking cat out or take her to a shelter after what she did to my Grandpa's hand. Grandma seems to be getting better but we all know what she had is terminal. The doctors doubt she'll make to Christmas... but my Grandma is a fighter so we all aren't sure. Mom screams in her van when she is alone and her voice is all hoarse because of it. Mom isn't around a lot because she takes care of grandma, which is kind of upsetting... but that's life... so unfair.
Good news...
Well Felicia (my little sister) got on her bus for the first time today as she seems so excited. Mom is so worried about a bus accident but I'm sure everything will be alright. She really likes going to school and carrying her little backpack around it makes her feel like a big girl.
Became rather happy yesterday when
machinari finished a piece for me. Probably the first time I've genuinely smiled since I found out my Grandma was going to die. Here is the picture the brightened my life a little:

Found a shirt I was looking for under a giant pile of clothes. x.x I almost have the whole TY Beanie Baby Zodiac set. Thanks to Grandma... every time I look at my beanies I will think of her, my angel... my pegasus in the sky, so beautiful, loving and caring.
And yes I used a base from DeviantArt and recolored it, adding the halo and background using GIMP.
