Almost went to boot this morning...

Almost left for boot camp this morning... some kid beat me to it
Its wired, You can prepare as much as you can but when they tell you your going your heart stops cold.
There is a chance that I mite leave this month as well instead of February. Getting kinda depressing being on FA knowing I wont be able to see everyone for quite some time.
When I get their there is no question that I will become a marine but dam the waiting game is one hell of a mind fuck. way to many emotions right now x.x

Oh man!! Wow!! Been there done that! My recuuiter called me up when I had a few more weeks to go. "Hey kid your life as you knew it ends tomorrow! Be on that bus to the MEPS station in the morning. There, they will swear you in and then ship you off to basic." *gulp**oh shit moment* O..O Well that's how I remember it going down for me. Thought they were going rto send me to basic in the warmth of Orlando FL. (now closed) When I arrived at MEPS they sent me to RTC Great Lakes in North Chicago. *shiver & burrr!*
