Why I left Ordo.. answered.
I have come to eat your soul.
The reasons are all numerous and to be honest, I saw some things I didn't like. Nothing bad for Ordo just how some of the command choose to treat me in the end. I still honor Ordo, and believe in there founding principals of honor and respect to everyone in the combat community. That will never change. Ordo you guys are still all people I respect and always will. I know some of you don't like my current choice of Vanguard, but there are only a few large militaries left. Ordo, 2142, and Vanguard. We need to learn to let the past be the past, and for the good of the community move on and try to improve our lives. We can have fun raiding each other and the like, but these blockades and such over things that happened years ago needs to end. For the good of the community as a whole. As right now, that is what hurts it.

Did you like, make sure that the ideas were actually good ideas before you submitted them? Because that might explain why they got shot down.
See, you're far from the first senior NCO to get passed up for an officer slot by someone with less time in the group and then quit for another group. Prominent examples include Diablos "da queen" Korobase and a certain rodentine patriarch of the DeAllura family.
But then they find out that, contrary to Ordo's stringent and professional requirements for officership, VG requires only a good strong set of jaw muscles and a willingless to go to any length to please the Führer, and they come running back after a few months. When that happens to you, don't be surprised if we shoot down your application over things including, but not limited to this FA journal.
