Neck update + ES5 Skyrim + Metal Gear 3 in 1 HD +DR2: OTR...

First off, I shall update all of you on how my neck is doing. I went to the doctor today (The neurosurgeoun who did the surgery on me.. Hard to believe it has been almost 2 weeks. @_@) and he said that everything appears to be looking well, the insciscion area looks to be healing great and I can try to bit by bit not have the collar on as much now. THough, when sleeping or say, in the car I should have it on. I tell ya, that thing feels like a cage kinda and could be considered mildly torturous, but for me, it is like "Gotta do what I gotta do to get better.
Granted, I think I'll have to talk to my normal doctor about my uvula as it seems to be a bit too long, which causes it to at times try going in my windpipe and interfereing with breathing and making me snore apparently. Has woken myself up from the think trying to choke me.
So, I have to do some of these neck movements so as to try and slowly regain flexibility in my neck, what with the collar having atrophied some of the muscles making them super stiff and whatnot. But I can tough that out no problem.
I am sure those of you who know me in real life and wonder when we can hang out, I have no answer as I do not know when I will be back at my apartment. I hope at least by the end of this coming week or Thanksgiving or something. Hard to believe half a month is gone already. O_o
Been relaxing and recovering at my parents place, helping in little ways I can. If you were just interested in how I am with the neck stuff & all, you can stop reading now.
That is all for now about neck stufffs. onto the video gaming stuff.

I just picked up my copy of Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim today ater the doctors appointment and being dragged to Stats (a holiday/Xmas store in Pasadena), and got my Collectors edition of the game.
I usually try getting the collectors editions of games to that say, 10 or 20 years later, maybe I can sell it for some extra $$$ or maybe just keep it, heck if I know.
Most collectors editions are decent. But I was blown away at how f*cking huge the bos was for the collectors edition of Skyrim was. This thing was just massive. Inside you open it up, and the first thing you see is what looks to be a leatherbound hard cover book that has art from the game as well as pics of the development team & whatnot. Under that, is the case with the game. Also includes some form of "The Making of blu-ray disk I believe (Haven't watched it yet). Also contains the game also.
However, after all that is said & done, you reach the true treasure and reason you got the Collectors edition. You open this huge box which makes up roughly say, 3/4 of the entire box perhaps and inside is this kickass looking dragon statue thingy that rests on this wall of some sort. I don't know how tall it all is, but trying to figure out how to get the bastard back inside, man that was a challenge. Luckily I got it back in.
The game so far is pretty good. It sucks I am not at my apartment, so I am playing in non HD which means it can be hard as hell to see things when trying to play. >_< Maybe since parents will be gone tommorow, I can hok up the ps3 to the living room TV for better visuals. So far, pretty neat game.
I got my copy of that Metal Gear HD Collection thingy s well in the mail. Have yet to play it & see how much better it is then the non high def ps2 versions. Been meaning to replay those anyways so this is a perfect excuse really.
Also, I got that Dead Rising Off the Record game. Beat Story mode & was really interesting. There are some shocking bits in it if you played the original Dead Rising 2. You won't get any spoilers from me though. Play for yourself and see. Working on getting this Protoman armor only done via getting bronze in the sandbox mode for all 30 challenges.
May download the PC version and try my hand at modding weapons or see about coming up with my own or something. I heard there is a pack soon available called the "Gamebreaker" pack which adds all sorts of crazy things to the game,, but if activated means no saving or achievements or something.
Anywho, that is all, take care everyone ok?

Good to hear that you're recovering okay. I've been hearing a lot of great things about Skyrim.

...... I am saddened by your lack of Dead Rising Off the Record stoof. Did you get the DLC that lets you screw with the game?
