Another fucking journal about Skyrim

Nothing to say, other than shit guys... I've been busy PLAYING the game for the last few days, not coming onto a furry "art" (porn) site and praising/bitching about/laughing at it.
I like it, in case you're curious.
I like it, in case you're curious.
You know, if I even ever wanted to not play it.
Games aren't addictive, they're compelling. Addiction implies chemical dependency, as with drug addiction. Game compulsion can be harmful as well, of course, but (as you said), it comes down to a matter of wills with no substantial bodily forces motivating the action.
(Yes, I know I can disable Crossfire... I don't like doing it. It screws up my monitor config and it takes 30 minutes to get it fixed each time.)
I did the whole "if you can't beat 'em..." thing and bought an Xbox about a year ago now; have to say I'm becoming more at-ease with console gaming nowadays, even if the PC is still my preferred platform.
Morrowind and Oblivion I modded myself, but 95% of all the mods I downloaded were abysmal, and another 4.95% passable at best.
Whilst I don't keep up with computers nowadays, as it's all a load of fucking bollocks, I know how specs work. X)
So what are you playing it on anyway?
My Xbox you goon; you even replied to my post stating I was playing it on my Xbox. X)
Less complicated for the platform, less intricate than the thinking man wants, less technical than the working man wants.
In every aspect console gaming is a casual gaming medium, hardly for real men. Maybe new men.
Because I dunno :<, Ive prolly not paid to much attention to aim.
become sort of like Risen/gothic , simple rpg for masses
On the whole, I'm glad they got rid of a lot of the stuff that, frankly, was just rubbish; repairing armor/weapons, pointless stats and skills and the way in Oblivion how if you had Glass/Daedric, so did every bandit in every cave everywhere.
There are good and bad points, but on the whole it's another solidly good game.
