I really need to improve on my art. :-/

I feel like there's something wrong with my artwork lately and I really need to practice and improve. :-/
Since my hours is cut from work, this gives me time to work on my art. Is there anything I REALLY need to improve on? Anything like Anatomy/proportions,Coloring,my Original Characters, Variety, Themes/ideas, Style, or Lineart?
